Working with Kevin over the last year has been great for both body and mind! His workouts are challenging, but fun and energizing, and he can always accommodate my busy schedule. I am a graduate student who have a very unhealthy life style before. Sitting all day long, obsessed with junk food, staying up very late are the normal
tate of my life. I didn't realize that I have to make some changes until my weight has surged and I always felt exhausted and upset and cannot focus on my study. After trained with Kevin for 2 months, there is an obvious improvement of my metabolism while the muscle ratio has increased by 1%. I also change ed my diet and work schedule with the training. When I joined the gym I felt intimidated and was unsure of where to start. I initially wanted a trainer to get acclimated and learn a new workout routine but decided to continue because it was worth the investment to focus on my health and wellbeing. I have gained a significant amount of strength and endurance as well as confidence in myself. I have stayed committed to working out for almost a year now and feel like I cannot imagine my life without it. For me its not only the physical benefits but the mental. Even when I am exhausted and dreading a walk to the gym in cold weather, after a good workout I always feel a million times better and have the energy to accomplish more and more in my life. Now when I am tired or stressed out I look forward to a good session to improve my mental state and increase positive energy.
I attribute most of my success to Kevin and his approach to training. He always plans a fun and different full body workout. Kevin thoughtfully continued to increase the intensity of the workouts as I made progress. He always motivated and pushed me to improve but never too much to the point that I became discouraged or did not want to come back. I always look forward to his training sessions not only because I get to learn a different workout but because of his fun and contagious positivity. Kevin taught me that working out can be enjoyable and always made me smile. Kevin makes sure I stayed on track and keeps me motivated to always be my best self.
